Waited almost 45 minutes on a Tuesday evening. Food arrived cold. Third time this has happened. Spoke to the manager but nothing was resolved.

Absolutely loved it. Service was fast, burger was perfectly cooked, and the staff were super friendly. Best location in the city by far.

Two items were missing from my order. The fries were also cold by the time it arrived. Driver was fine — looks like a kitchen issue.

Good food overall. Slightly slow for a Tuesday lunch but quality was great. Would come back.
